The SPD-SX has 4GB of internal memory (the Special Edition has 16GB) and supports USB thumb drives with a capacity of up to 32GB formatted to either FAT or FAT32. It’s flexible, as you can record external audio directly to the SPD-SX or you can import custom.WAV files from a USB thumb drive or a computer. Now Roland is coming out with a promotion for its future and current users! Between 1 December 2019 and 28 February 2020 every user will be able to download 10,000 samples courtesy of Noiiz, and the SPD-SX Editor for WIN / MAC application.
