Hourglass timer with nice graphics, no adverts no permissions. Great for board games, as a kitchen timer, or for telling the kids how long until bedtime. It's for pending join requests - servers that you've joined but not yet passed membership screening for. It showing up when banned/kicked/etc is a bug, I don't believe there's anything you can do to get rid of it (other than re-join and leave the server, which you can't do while banned), so you may just need to wait for Discord to fix it.
